I did see it a long time ago and bought it but I don't remember how good it was. Need to drag out the tape player.I have a special feeling towards his film "Miracle in Milan". I love that unusual film.
There is a very interesting film by Kurosawa about an aging bureaucrat with cancer. Don't know the name of it. Unlike "Umberto D", more of it is embedded in my psyche.

Satyajit Ray is right there with the best too and I don't see much about him here.

Well we have so much to see in our culture that sometimes I may be blind!
Can you recommend one of his film, as the nearest I came to a film from this country is Leanīs Passage to India!
