The remake I always felt losed and misses all the charm of Wilder´s film, one of my prefered comedy ever, it has all the charm and act classy all the way through, from Fairchild to Audrey to Holden, the only weak point, but still good enogh was the Wiskey soak Bogard.
Ford is by far worser than his counterpart as for the rest of the crew I better say nothing.
It is only skin and bones.
Still because of the charm of the story I saw it twice ( the remake ) but the second time I felt an overhelming boredom coming over me.
All the spirits gone.
