I have been with Netflix a couple years now, first with the 3-at a time plan, then last year switched to the 2-at a time plan, since I live in the NYC I must be close to a shipping center, for I have had turnarounds in as little as 3days and at most 7days. I have not noticed a dip in their response time, even as they have changed the various plans. Since I was an early adopter, they allow me to retain the unlimited rentals for the same price as limited-to-4 dvds a month, On an average I can do 8-10 movies a month.
I am considering trying the Blockbuster service, since at the same price as NEtflix 2-at a time they offer 3-at a time unlimited.
