As I said, I don't care much about that film, as anything could be presented in any light the film maker wishes - there are nice powerful films about great life in Nazi Germany, and this kaka is a pure manipulative piece of garbage. But hate is something more clear, and something the top coat of fresh paint will not cover. What you apparently completely missed, was the brief expression of it by several people. Usually it happened somewhat outside the main story line, but those brief expressions were quite clear. I don't want to watch it again just to give you some quotes, but the constant mentions of "massacre of Pelestinians", US - Israel connection, and other such revealing drops were everywhere, in words, jestures, etc.
But of course, if you don't see it then you don't see it.
Follow Ups:
You're hopelessly deluded if you see no point in observing the plight of the Palestinians, or think the unholy U.S.-Israeli alliance bears no relevance to the Middle-East's other problems. Al-Jazeera spares neither side in the ongoing quagmires, and their failing to tow the U.S. line on these matters a la the American media is hardly evidence of bias or dishonesty. Al-Jazeera is an astonishingly fair and level-headed news agency. How easy and blissful life must be to go through it unburdened by anything so cumbersome as facts and logic.
example a brainwashed guy. Twice in this documentary the Arab interviewees acknowledged that Iraqis (and Arabs in general) were linking, however incorrectly, the Palestinian conflict and the Iraqi one. AJ MENTIONED IT. They didn't say it was true, Victor, they just pointed out the difference, in their words, between perception and reality (rather, they let the Marine pub relations guy say it).
Again, AJ is HONEST in their news service, telling the viewer upfront what their position is. Fox is disreputable and disgusting because they lie with their byline before they even begin "reporting."
See it again and notice what the anti-American expressions are like by the reporters. Now, the guy whose brother and family had been blown up, and was covered with blood, do you expect him NOT to have a touch of hatred? Letting this man speak is a valuable part of the news and not to report it---as American reporters don't---is truly to misinform, lie, and cheat the viewer.
