(not x-rated; please understand the difference between erotic and pornographic...):
Polly Bergen gets two nominations: in Cape Fear when she is carressed (unwillingly!) by the reptilian Mitchum character; when she is surprised dressing by the shrink in the Sean Connery film wherein 007 plays a poet; Samantha Eggar's bathing scene in "The Collector."
(I'd include "Lolita," except it's a bit obvious).
Follow Ups:

Greta Garbo and John Gilbert in the 1927 silent film classic, "Flesh and the Devil". The scene where these two illicit lovers look at each other while receiving communion!Another scene which is probably the film's most famous: when gilbert lights Garbo's cigarette.
...Kathleen Turner in "Body Heat" - 1981.
Elizabeth Shue...she was so sensuous in Trigger Effect.Sophie Marceau.
Emmanuel Beart in that movie about the artist's model...she was nude for 3 hours. :)
Anne Parilloud. In La Femme Nakita.
z
"It Had to be You," for the second time, in "Annie Hall" after her disastrous first attempt. About midway through it, she takes in a deep breath, close to the mike, making kind of an unabashedly guttural sound.
the scene where they fight in the pool and then make up.Their scene with Kevin Bacon is also hot.Its a shame Kevin Bacon has to participate.

When Faye Dunaway is applying iodine to Jack's nose.
I thought you'd say it was the "bitch slapping" scene... (My daughter (slap), my sister (slap), my daughter (slap), my sister (slap), etc.)
but I love that b/w picture of Bridget Fonda at the end of Point of No Return. I liked her after seeing that.
The fecael scene....He-he...
the opening scene in The Cook, The Thief, etc....?I think there were some more erotic scenes later on. :)
Actually it was ironic! Make please, a search on this film here.
It was a very hard film to follow, after the story of le Marquis de Sade...You have to see this film under a political Marxist point of view...Only then you can tolerate what you see...
A must-not but a must for the one who is an adult, in the sense you can take it all....

...and possibly Roeg's best film. A favorite of mine, along with Walkabout & Performance (although I think you really have to give 60% of that film's content to Donalsd Cammell).
