It started very well, but helas, the more episodes there where the weaker they become.
In comparison to " Smiley " it is more sensous in a kind of was, but the finesse are just lacking...
Still for the first parts, worth to see it.
Follow Ups:
Perhaps it loses a little steam at the very end but I find it's worn quite well. Reilly's a longer series than Smiley, and quite a different kettle of fish - more an adventure series with interlocking, self-contained episodes rather than one continuous story. The excellent adaptation of LeCarre's acclaimed book is really quite different from the original series Ace of Spies."Reilly" is where I fell in love with Sam Neill forever.
Well I compared it because, after telling my admiration of " Smiley " I was recommended " Reilly ".
Two pairs of fish, I agree absolutely!PS: I like SN too!
