I really wish he would use his unique talent to come up with something of his own (that's good). KB part I and Pulp Fiction are very well done derivatives, no matter how well done. KB part II is not as memorable as part I IMO b/c part II lacks all the Japanese stuff, which was the strong parts.

I really enjoyed the Japanese schoolgirl archetype with the iron ball weapon, the snow battle scene, the obsessive sword-making, and the memorable anime sequence. Unfortunately, every element has been seen repeatedly in Asian cinema over the years..
