From the director who directed/wrote Gattaca & who wrote The Truman Story, a showpiece for Al Pacino around a story of virtual actors and Hollywood/media needs & demands.
Worth sitting through the near two hours but nothing really outrageous here apart from the dig at Hollywood.
Rachel Roberts plays the virtual actress and seems that, when it came out, she wasn't credited, just 'S1m0ne plays herself'.
After, she was credited with the role.
She hasn't done anything since, which, IMHO is a shame, since she's gorgeous.
Follow Ups:
I recall this having a promising premise, but I just could not accept the execution. A disappointment.
