Yes, I like this one. Sean Penn gives a real solid performance, and as you mentioned the afro is great! Two issues I have with CW are:

1. Its a little too long - probably could have been edited.
2. The Pacino and his girlfriend story line is a bit weak. Its fairly predictable and Penelope is not very convincing actress.

Overall, I did enjoy the movie.
