      Thanks for the "special recognition". It was not meant to be a "kick" of course, but a humorous insite into the realities of major American cities and how they can welcome naivete. I think everyone will miss N.O. as it may be years before it returns to anything near what it was. Hopefully we will be surprised with a fast and spirited recovery. Improvements to infrastructure can certainly be made as evidenced by all of the recent video footage.
