No, that's a different film with the same title.

The film is La Grand Bouffe.
In the UK it was called Blow-out.
In the US it was called The Great Bouffe.
meant this one which was directed by Michelangelo).
See one of his films again and don't be stubborn: you'll see it when it's fresher in your mind's eye.
