I've seen Snyder on TV since the 70's; although I enjoy some of his
guests, there has always been something about him that irritated
me, and I could never quite put my finger on what it was. Until
recently - to use an analogy, if Snyder were a comedian, he would explain every punch line. IOW, he wouldn't let you laugh, but rather
he would, as he explained it in a very LOUD way.

....Back in the 1970's, on the "Tomorrow" Tom Snyder show, he did do one of the BEST interviews ever done with Katherine Hepburn, so sometimes he did some good stuff....
