But he also had an intensity that few other actors have.
You can see the real quality in the difference between the 'blank stare' intensity of Cruise and the nuanced intensity of Clift.

        and I can watch it anytime I please because I bought a video copy for 50 cents! Our library is getting rid of all videos as they replace with DVD. Hey, for 1/2 a buck, I can't lose.
        Trintignant is a wonderful actor and that blonde... as beautiful a face as ever graced the screen: a French Grace Kelly. Of course, Deneuve wasn't a pig, either...

        I just got Renoir�s " Dejeuner sur l�herbe " one of my favourite 100 years ago, now on DVD!!!
