But I would actually buy the set if the deleted scenes had to do with historical events (Why does Cameron's film never make mention of the Californian, for example?) or if the scenes showed more of the ship instead of the fictional teenage romance. From what I hear though, this isn't the case. You just get additional scenes of "Rose" and "Jack" doing things even more insipid than what is portrayed in the theatrical version. And the set is apparently plagued with several annoying glitches.I'll pass on this one. I'd sooner buy an extended version of LotR than watch DiCrapio and Winslut screwing around in a boiler room.

The deleted scenes do show the radio room og The California. The sequences were cut for reasons of pacing.
I would say that about half of the deleted scenes have to do with the actual sinking. And some of the other ones are about the romance between Fabriziom and the Swedish girl, only hinted at in the final release.
