I vote for Jamie Lee Curtis in "Trading Places".
Not only were they magnificent but totally unexpected given her somewhat masculine look. That made the reveal much hotter in my view.

Follow Ups:
My two favorites (pun intended) are Phoebe Cates & Jennifer Jason Leigh in the classic "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"Also Heidi Holicker in "Valley Girl" and Gilda Texter in "Vanishing Point"
Just my 2 cents worth.

I'd buy this movie for her alone but my wife would not be fooled!

...that scene, when she bends in front of Mario, with her blouse not completely buttoned...No, those jewels were not seen in full, but what was shown was more than enough for them to qualify, with flying colors!

But if films with very little acting or plot count, the films of Andy Sidaris are loaded with treasure chests.

Carole Bouquet "That Obscure Object of Desire."
An interesting movie (1988) centered on competitive free diving. Made very interesting when Ms. Arquette dropped her top.

I know she didn't flash em in the TV version, but seems like I saw em on cable, maybe there were some added scenes? Regardless, I've seen em somewhere and they ain't nothing but fine.

Try Rosanna Arquette in "The Wrong Man" (no, not the 1954 Hitchcock film). Wow, it's hot!!!

Shannon Whirry. IMO, the most perfect. Check out any of her mid 90s movies. Body of Influence, Mirror Image II. Mostly B crime films, but OK otherwise
.
She is very 'qualified'. Which one was it where she needed crisco to get out of the small door she got herself stuck in? I've only seen her in 2 or 3 movies back when I used to have Skinemax.
