I loved her, and rushed out to buy the CD, which I imagine will be in the running for a Grammy. Her performance is so rich and strong, and so evocative of that era. To be honest, I miss that style of singing, and I hope her success with this CD will spurn some more great singers to release their own vintage vocal jazz CD's.
