I'm sick of these unethical class action suits and refuse to participate when I have a choice. Netflix was misleading - feh!I've always had excellent service and at a good price from Netflix. They go out of their way to make sure the service meets my needs. I've had a few minor complaints, they resolve them satisfactorily.
Anybody not happy w/ Netflix - take your money elsewhere.
As to the insinuation that Netflix will try to upgrade me to a higher service - I'll deal with it if it becomes a problem.
After about 6 months I have received my movies in one or two days after returning the viewed ones. Also the selection they have is amazing, you would not find at your local store.. I am very satisfied so far and especially at that price.
...........and I live in one of the distribution cities. I became used to 48 hr turnaround but now its taking up to FIVE working days!!
I can't say I've had any problems with the service. They send out my new discs licketysplit.
"Avid movie-watchers who burned up the path to the mailbox were selectively penalized, getting movies slower than other members."

This still continues today. I've started reporting movies missing after four days going either direction.
no matter how you figure it. Talk about a tempest...
Netf has a gazillion more titles than any other service, too. I don't own shares in it and I think it's the greatest idea since... electric guitars.
I too experienced some unusual lag time despite obsessive dedication to returning films ASAP... but DAMN! I really enjoyed the depth & variety of Netflix.
