I've always had excellent service and at a good price from Netflix. They go out of their way to make sure the service meets my needs. I've had a few minor complaints, they resolve them satisfactorily.

Anybody not happy w/ Netflix - take your money elsewhere.

As to the insinuation that Netflix will try to upgrade me to a higher service - I'll deal with it if it becomes a problem.
