The SF PD has been an old boy network and has been plagued with problems for years and years ("fajita-gate" a few years ago was only the latest example). Mayor Newsome is apparently using the video scandal as an opportunity to investigate the issues within the department from top to bottom with a 'blue-ribbon' panel. We'll see what comes out of it...
