impressed by CGI but I look at the "old" stuff and it just seems so much more real.
Tin,I assumed that Lou had seen the original, so I was interested in her comparison. She turned to me and said..."Was it this long and badly written?"
We watched the original and she thought it was far more impressive considering the technology when it was made. She also thought the ending was more sincere.

Jeff Daniels was so superb in this film. Having gone through it, I watched it with great curiosity and was happy to find out that I wasn't that big of a bastard.
