Just wanted to say that I agree... Heat is a definite masterpiece. I'm constantly suggesting it to friends, and they always respond with, "Oh wow, I've never even heard of it". It's a damn shame.

I do have to admit that Pacino is a little too over the top in the movie, but DeNiro's performance is one of his best in recent memory, and Ashley Judd was pretty good too. Natalie Portman's apperance is usually lost in the mix of all the big names in the film, and her performance is solid as well.
