Immediately following the declaration of the State of Israel in 1948, five Arab nation armies(Egypt,TransJordan,Lebanon,Iraq,Syria)invaded Israel. Their intentions were declared by Azzam Pasha, Sec.Gen. of the Arab League: "This will be a war of extermination and a moment of massacre which will be spoken of like the Mongolian massacres and The Crusades". ~AH
