Watched GLADITOR on DVD (DTS version) and it was nearly as good as at the theatre. Oh yeah I watched it on a 64" HDTV.
Follow Ups:
The video xfer looks great on DVD but its 5.1 DD audio or specifically, though minor but the vocal dialogues were a bit questionable where it sounded muffled at times. Does anybody experience that? Enjoyed the movies quite a bit, nonetheless!
playing it in the dts mode, I noticed a vast swing from loud (battles) to soft (spoken word). But i did not remember missing anything...
