Does anyone have this classic short film "C'etait Un Rendezvous" on DVD? Is the PQ really bad like it's on VHS even though it has been remastered? Thanks!

Music is Emotion
A coworker had it on DVD and we watched it at lunchtime. The film quality looks as good as it's going to get from a 16mm camera strapped to the nose of a car. The transfer is pretty good, though sometimes it gets a bit dark as the camera moves into darker parts of the city (it looks like it was filmed really early on a Sunday morning.)It's fun to watch, and I don't think it was sped up at all, as the pedestrians look like they are moving normally.
/*Music is subjective. Sound is not.*/
Yup, I'm sure the driving sequence is speeded up to make it look more dramatic; seen this as a film not as a VHS or DVDA film school short/experiment that should have been filed under "no commercial potential"
Rent it, but don't buy it; you won't watch this twice
Where can I rent it? I don't think Netflix or Blockbuster carry this title.
