There is no question it is happening, but without a doubt commiserating among the likely-minded ain't gonna change it one iota, so why even bother? The enemy is US, and it is US who is not spending our money on those films... but I am repeating the long-known fact.Water under the bridge... like so many other things in life.
But much more to the point... why would he watch it on a small screen in his living room? Surely there is something in between, or he simply wished to make it as painful as possible, now that he could not get what he really wanted?
Why not bridge the gap and buy that 80" projector screen? Not as good as the movie theater, I will grant you that... but a WHOLE lot better than that "small screen".

Do you have any view on the important one?
...they don't a theatre make. It's not all about size, Victor.
Since I got my projector I have a much harder time justifying going out to see a movie. It's just so much easier to enjoy it at home. And while my audio set-up is still a work in progress, it can handle the job better than most cinemas.

I didn't say they were theaters, I said one could do a whole lot better than watch on a small screen, and in particular a reviwer!
