Now it's called a classic... So it goes. I once read a good article by a Vietnam Vet covering the books and movies about the conflict. Ironically,
while he panned it, he used it as a standard to compare everything else.
It would have been funny if it wasn't simultaneously sad and revealing.
For all it's flaws, I doubt we will see a better film about the conflict.
