interesting and innovative performance by Brando and some great scenes between him and the pretender, the young Jack N.
IMHO the worst western evr made. Given all the talent present the end result is tragic. I can say that I have NEVER been as disappointed as when I saw this after weeks of anticipation.
explode the genre. Think of it as "punk" Western.
Nicholson is fantastic, as is Brando.

I like Ishtar and have watched it several times over the years. Having Isabelle Adjani in it doesn't hurt.

people used to make fun of the Hope and Crosby road movies as well.
I always liked the, they were fun. Except for an unfortunate few years in college, I've been more Bing than Bergman.
