Maybe he should do like Charleton Heston in the new Planet of the Apes. Personally I think Harrison is too old for an action movie such as Indiana Jones. He could perhaps take the father figure of Indiana Jones, might be more suitable.

Since they established Connery as the real father and since they apparently intend to use him that would be difficult to shoehorn in. Besides, I don't think audiences would accept a new Indy. A son, maybe (and I think Iheard that that is being considered).

Perhaps he could take on the majority of the action scenes.
I don't really see how this would be any different than replacing James Bond over and over throughout the years, although my favorites are still pretty much the oldest to the newest; Sean Connery is probably still my favorite Bond. I don't see the new guy pulling it off for my taste in Bond actors.
