I don’t consider the Exorcist movie (the original) is related to the mainstream consciousness of the Halloween movies. “Halloween” with Jamie Lee Curtis is my top pick and “Frankenstein” is second.
Follow Ups:
An underrated combination of a haunting through children's eyes and "To Kill A Mockingbird."
I never cared for the "through the eyes of the killer" style of directing that was employed in "Halloween". I always found it limiting and dull.Don't teenagers get impaled after sexual intercourse in that one as well? I'm not thin skinned when it comes to violence in film, but that's not my cup of tea.
Mine is "E.T."
