  Correct, especially since today's news report of Seattle airport's taking down about two dozen Christmas trees because a rabbi threatened legal action if a menorah wasn't installed.

    Nine trees were dismantled and it was the airport that sought legal advice. Apparently the rabbi wanted an 8-foot-tall menorah, lit by bulbs not blessed oil, put up next to the airport's largest tree. The airport objected to the role of "cultural anthropologist".
