The Imperial City collides with Las Vegas and Jacqueline Suzanne describes the impact for the National Enquirer. This mess is so silly and perversely inane that it becomes a parody of itself.

People in the audience were actually laughing at the embarrassments being displayed in this film. I kept thinking how many Chinese orphans could have been fed with the millions of dollars wasted here.
