Yvan Attal leaves Paris after his 18th birthday and immigrates to Israel to make something of his life. Soon he is recruited and trained by Mossad and then given over to the rogue Unit 238 which pulls most of the dirt and covert ops. The story takes us to Paris to gather nuke information from a French engineer who fails pray to both Attal's plotting and the charms of a very Amazon Sandrine Kimberlain. Next their attentions move to the U.S. where Richard Masur (NSA analyst), who reveling in his benign Jewishness, is willingly recruited by Unit 238.This film is compelling due to its reality and action. One gets the feel of "what" and "how" things really work when it comes to recruiting and performing operations.
The film is 2:18 but seems to go by quickly. It is filled with a mixture of emotions from being for Israel (the little guy) to being shocked by their abject amorality to wondering if, in some way, this was a French postcard for anti-semitism.
I found it enjoyable and think it's a good way to spend the time.

When Massur was thrown out of the Iraeli embassy and immediately arrested he gazed at the Israeli flag before they drug him off having been betrayed by the folks who paid him and gave him citizenship. Also, you get the flavor that they will do anything or sacrifice anyone to acheive their purpose. The film has two edges to it.
