Yes, I saw the Children, and I hate to be putting great movies in ranks... to me the Games is still more involving, but this might be personal. Ditto for those great directors. I am just glad all three of them worked and lived.

You forgot to mention De Sica's one before last and wonderful Una Breve Vacanza.
