I saw it last night and it is a little uninvolving.
Too many coincidences to start with, but the relationship between the girl and the pianist was quite well done.
But her unchanging expression was too flat, even though rather beautiful.
Who picked the victim of her seduction?
It does benefit from being short!
Not bad but not great.
Follow Ups:
The worst was the scene when one of the member of the jury, the woman who will fall in the trap later, give an autogramm in the middle of the exam...
That was very poor and most unlikely.
That and many others faults...
The suspence was a bit like an Hitch film and was partly well done.
I bet that gets a few people reading!
The scene where the cello player fondles the girl and she... NO. GO AND SEE THE FILM... got a great audience reaction.
But yes the scene at the piano competition was ridiculous.
I much prefered the scene ( no violence ) where she was trying that robe and did not intentionally not close totally that curtain, and that breast, a virginal one, pops out....
I think that was the glimpse the older woman saw, as was the view of her getting out of the pool when the bikini pants were clinging between her lags and the top plastered to give a certain nipple profile. THe awakening of desire. However, how likely either of those were is open to conjecture.
I missed this one...Getting old...
