Alec Baldwin had a massive vinyl collection (mostly "elevator jazz" stuff) in Thick as Thieves. I can't remember what kind of system he had, though. I thought the vinyl thing was pretty cool, as it gave a lot of depth to his character.

I also seem to remember that American Psycho had some decent hifi gear in it.
