      www.bestvideo.com has it. Their deal is $17.25, return postage included, which is not unreasonable if you can't find it elsewhere - less than a cost of a trip to Phily for us. Their number is 203-287-9286 and their service quick - I received today the copy of "Come and See" that I ordered yesterday, it came Airborne Express.
