How odd, and coincidental, that i should watch Sunshine during the Memorial holiday. If i had searched diligently, i doubt i would have made as good a choice. This is a movie worth seeing, enjoy.

It was an excellent film that got totally by-passed by the dimwitted Academy Award board. The film was not perfect(could have deleted or had stronger rewrites on the latter two love stories)but was easily better than Gladiator, Chocolate, and Erin Brokevich. I can see the case for Traffic and Crouching Tiger though.Ralph Fiennes has to be one of the most underrated actors out there - he got robbed in Schindler's List - he should have been nominated for Sunshine and Oscar and Lucinda - Russell Crowe in Gladiator - Totally Sozzled academy.
