I enjoyed the film - it's not deathless art, but any summer flick aimed at adults is something to be thankful for. Those 3 lead actors raised such high expectations, I think I was hoping for just a little bit more grit and a few more surprises.

Besides the jazz guests, the thing that pleased me the most about this movie was its lack of violent Hollywood cliches: no car crashes with gigantic explosions, no gun battles...what a relief!
