What's the deal with (e.g. spinal tap) criterion collection editions being worth tons of $$$ ?Is there a list of what's trading at huge premium available?
Also what condition does it typically have to be in? I've got a lot of these dvds but the inserts are sometimes folded.....

An aside from "out of print" items. Criterion stuff is usually $10 off list, or $5 off on some, at my local Best Buy stores. They do not have all the Crit's available, but they have enough to make it worthwhile to shop there. (To get "Hidden Fortress" DVD for $19.99 is great!)
I believe the criterion has a different set of extras, and has the advantage of being out of print, so Spinal Tap completists (fanatics?) are willing to pay top dollar for them.
