Good list AudioHead. But, how about the episode entitled "Walking Distance". Staring Gig Young, with the usual top-notch TZ production values of terrific cinematography, set design, and another stunning score by Bernard Herrmann (also in "The Lonely"). Many consider "Walking Distance" the single best episode of TZ ever produced.
Follow Ups:
I remember that episode, especially the part when Gig met himself as a child.
Moderately entertaining to me.
For the record, "The Lonely" is my all-time favorite. As for the
objective best, I think that there were so many outstanding, high
quality episodes, that to label any particular one the best would be
unwise.
