Just saw the My Darling Clementine and that spurred the question. I know of at least six or seven. I am sure that score can be easily beat.
I just looked at imbd.com. Wyatt didn't hit too many, the last 2 with Cosner and Rusell plus I Married Wyatt Earp (1983) (TV)
and the TV series: "Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp, The" (1955). Of the most recent, I prefered Kurt's version and can't really recall the Cosner's much though I know I saw it.Tombstone got me 21 hits, but not all were Earp flicks. The earliest was Law for Tombstone (1937).
I think my favorite is Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957) with Burt Lancaster as Earp and Kirk Douglas as Holiday.
There must be close to 25 or more with various titles like Doc (1971) with Stacy Keach as Holiday. Count that one as skippable. And you wouldn't want to miss Roy Rogers as Sheriff of Tombstone (1941). Then add TV movies and who knows how many they've been.
An interesting question is what big name actor hasn't done an Earp flick. I found one with James Garner and Jason Robards playing the leads.
Or Jimmy Stewart, Cheyenne Autumn (1964) and Henry Fonda, My Darling Clementine (1946).
Interesting question Victor.
