Saw it and did enjoy most of it though I do have a different perspective on a lot of the panoramic shots and street scenes in that I actually lived in downtown Panama City for a while in 69 when I was 13. As for the screen play I liked it as a whole because it was all very plausible and the characters all believable. Even the foaming at the mouth US Army general. The desparation and greed and even the motives behind it were easy to believe. No big surprises, no great action scenes but some were very funny. It is not the type of film that you think of often after you see it but I have heard it mentioned at parties.
