1.Heist-if you're a Mamet fan, you'll like this film[most people who watch his films are fans, I'm one of them:)]. Dialogue and some trademark one-liners a bit too much at times, but overall not the worst $8 I spent. No regrets here. A bit dark even by Mamet standards, but a few snippets of the dialogue are brilliant.

2. Training Day - a surprise hit. What a great movie!!! Washington in an Oscar-worthy role, and Ethan Hawke pretty damn good as well. Excellent film in all aspects. If you like smart action films[when was the last time you saw one of these?!] - check it out. No fucking or excessive use of the word motherfucker, so, many of you might be disappointed. Some brilliant dialogue by David Ayer. Really good flick. Washington in a role of a creep, that's the first!!! I have new respect for him.

Between these two movies it's easy to fall under the impression that our world is really shitty.:)))
