I think it was called "Oh, Parker" (it was a duet, the next line was Parker responding with "Yes, m'lady ?".

The memory of that tune still haunts me now.

I think FAB was a psuedo- acronym, it was just an abbreviation of "fabulous", ie fab- a 60's UK hip, swinging, Carnaby St. kind of thing to say.
