The only thing I remember about it is that in one scene, Willis is watching a video tape of some bad guy who says some thing like "This is a message from ME to YOU".I know it's not much to work on and what I remember is probably not right anyway.
Any ideas?

Follow Ups:
After further discussion with the Mrs, we think Willis is a policeman and he is actually being interviewed on TV about a murder. Willis addresses the TV camera and speaks to the criminal "This is a message from me to you ...blah blah blah about we are going to catch you etc". Cut to the criminal watching the interview on the TV and mocking Willis's words "From ME to YOU". We think the criminal had very short blonde hair.Hope that helps.

It's my guess, that if this was one of his more popular action movies, someone would've recognized it. Two of his less memorable good guy/bad guy performances were "Mercury Rising" (based on the excellent book Simple Simon by Ryne Douglas) and "Striking Distance".You may want to check those out.

I honestly can't remember which movie that might be - it sounds like ALL of the Die Hard movies . . . but maybe this link will help you remember:
It's that one where that guy goes, "Aaaargh!". and Bruce Willis is all like, "Waaaiiiit!!" and then like a door opens or a car crashes or something. I think it had a bad guy and guns in it.Is that it?
Do you remember anyone else in the film? What was it about?
