An excellent film by Atom Agoyan-thought I understood it-seems to me to be about pain (not physical) which is a common theme in his work. The death of a child must be excruciating for a parent and is probably the one thing in life I hope least to experience. "Exotica" and "The Adjuster" (one of his earliest works) are definitely worth seeking out as well.
