      Excellent. You must have either read the books or looked it up. I didn't know Gertie had a last name.

      I remember it like this:

      "Lt. Tragg to see you, Mr. Mason."

      "Thank you, Gertie."

      Gertie was the unseen voice over the intercom in every version I've seen. Much like Carlton the Doorman.
