We have one of those stores in the French Quarter and a lot of their autographs are what I call assembly line, in other words someone like Tom Petty will autograph a bunch of Fender Squire guitars , the cheapest Fender makes, to sell in these shops is probably only worth the cost of the guitar and the autograph. Now if you found a guitar actually played by the person, Jimi Hendrix lets say, with provenance like a picture of him playing it in concert that is another story.
Now if you could find a pair of original ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz you could be a millionaire.
