That's an interesting conspiracy theory :) Have you called them to see what the problem is? I'd be totally pissed if things show up as long wait for me but not for anyone else. So far I haven't seen that as my long waits eventually turned up right on time.

I have emailed them and always get a very polite apologetic reply stating that getting more movies is their number one priority. I think it might be a form letter disguised as a personal reply.
