Just got back from the mall theater after viewing the remake of the 1958
camp classic, "House On Haunted Hill". For the 2 dollars before 6pm matinee
discount price, I must say I got a lot of bang for the buck.
To put it mildy, this remake is one heck of a WICKED ROLLERCOASTER RIDE!
Unlike the original, this movie is DEFINITELY NOT recommended for small
children and Petew!
This film blows away the meek remake of the 1963 classic, "The
Haunting". Will follow up later with more comments, after I've had time
to assimilate what I've just been through. - AH
AH- I never liked the original "House on Haunted Hill." Vincent Price was its only saving grace. Previews I've seen on the tube for the remake look very interesting. Lookin' foreward to your review.
